All Content on the pak65 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, guides, glossaries and educational materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of pak65 or its licensed content contributors.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and read Content on the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include:

• The right to reproduce, republish, copy or distribute Content in any medium without prior written consent;
• The right to adapt, modify, translate or create derivative works from Platform Content;
• The right to use pak65 trademarks, logos or branding in any context without express written authorisation;
